Furniture, Plants, Stage Décor, Table Décor, Lycra, Registration Desk & Decor
The team travelled up to Wellington for TIA’s Tourism Summit conference. Held at Shed 6 this year, with orange as the theme for the 2 day conference event. As guests arrived they were welcomed to an internally lit orange registration desk, with a lycra panel piece featuring pops of orange as the décor backdrop. The main room consisted of a mixture of furniture options: bean bags, couches and caged bar leaners placed at the back of the room. Round tables had clusters of glassware jars, filled with orange lollies for guests to help themselves throughout the day. Comfy armchairs placed on a round rug with matching orange coffee tables, was the stage décor for the panel of local and international speakers. The catering space held further caged bar leaners and matching café style coffee tables and seats, thanks to Exhibition Hire. Lycra panels and native plants were placed around both spaces adding pops of colour and texture. After the first day of conferencing the main space was transformed into a casual quiz night dinner, with the round tables replaced with long trestle tables. Orange runners were placed along the black clothed tables. A mixture of jars housed the cutlery, with fairy lights and t-lights glowing as the centrepiece. Once the quiz was done the team transformed the space back to the conference décor for day 2.
