1930's Awards Dinner

Stage Décor, Entrance Way, Signage Printing, Photo Area, Media Wall, Chandelier, Whiskey Lounge, Table Décor and Bar

1930’s was the theme for the prestigious Property Council New Zealand Southern Excellence Awards, held at the Air Force Museum. The large stage was split in two, with the awards and formalities to one side and the All Girl Big Band, decked out with our mirror panels for some bling reflections of the room on the otherside.  Our giant crystal chandelier hung as the centrepiece within the roof, with silver metallic fabric hanging off frames, billowing into the room. ETS created beautiful lighting for the evening making the chandelier sparkle. Floral centrepieces were created, with the cylinder vases wrapped with a silver metallic at the base. A sophisticated 1930’s inspired Whiskey lounge was created with wooden panelling, a roaring fire place and art deco style like wall paper. Rustic details such as faux fur, suitcases, old books, a deer head and a timber flitch as the cheese station, added to the space.

The large LED screen thanks to Pixel Productions, held the visual content for the evening. A custom branded bar lit up the end of the room, and a fun themed photo area was created for the informal photo opportunities.

Thanks to Amelia for in trusting us yet again to deliver the annual Southern Excellence Awards Dinner. Nick from Pixel and Adam from ETS, it’s always a pleasure working together on a great evening event.
